Gardens of Jannah Trust was founded to revive a tradition of education in which revelation provides the foundation of knowledge, intellectual rigour shapes critical thinking, and learning is directed towards the service of Allah and the betterment of humanity.
For more than twenty years, our educational model has been developed through extensive research into the history of Islamic civilisation, the philosophy of knowledge, child development and curriculum design. This work has explored how the great centres of Muslim learning integrated faith, reason and disciplined scholarship to produce generations of scholars, scientists, physicians, mathematicians and leaders who advanced human understanding while remaining deeply rooted in their relationship with Allah.
This long-term research led to the establishment of three successful primary schools within the Trust:
Together, these schools have refined a distinctive worldview-led curriculum that combines academic excellence, character development and spiritual growth.
The Ivy House Girls School represents the next stage of this journey. It has been established to extend this educational vision into secondary education, providing a seamless pathway in which young Muslim women continue to deepen their faith, strengthen their character and pursue the highest levels of scholarship.
Our heritage is therefore not simply institutional; it is intellectual and spiritual. It is rooted in a commitment to restore an understanding of education as a means of drawing closer to Allah, developing the mind, and equipping each pupil to make a meaningful contribution to the Ummah and the wider world.
