At The Ivy House Girls School, we believe that every young person has been created by Allah with unique talents, abilities and a purposeful role in the world. Our careers programme helps pupils discover those gifts and develop the knowledge, character and ambition needed to pursue the highest levels of academic and professional achievement.
Inspired by the legacy of Al-Khwarizmi, Ibn al-Haytham, Ibn Sina, Abbas ibn Firnas and Ibn Khaldun, pupils are encouraged to view knowledge as an amanah (trust) and to use their education to serve Allah, strengthen the Ummah and benefit humanity.
Through a carefully sequenced programme of curriculum learning, employer encounters, university partnerships, personal guidance and work experience, pupils gain the confidence to pursue ambitious pathways in medicine, dentistry, engineering, law, economics, artificial intelligence research, education, entrepreneurship and leadership.
Our aim is to nurture young Muslim women who combine faith, intellect and character and who are prepared to revive a tradition of scholarship, innovation and service that contributes lasting benefit to the world.
