Admissions
The Ivy House is an independent Islamic school for girls, admitting from Year 7. We are not academically selective. We welcome families who want their daughter educated in a school with our ethos and our expectations.
Every applicant completes a short admissions assessment and attends an interview with her parents. The assessment is diagnostic. It tells us where your daughter is in her learning so that teaching and any support can be planned from her first day. It is never used to rank applicants, and a place is never refused because of how she performs in it.
Every application is also supported by character references. A pupil is never refused admission because of a disability or a special educational need, and reasonable adjustments are made so that they can be admitted and supported.
Applications are welcome at any time, for entry in September and during the school year.
To visit before you apply, book a tour by calling +44 7903 244121 or 07429 112217. A visit is welcome but is not a condition of applying.
